Finding our purpose in life is challenging, and it's even more complicated when we realize that our purpose evolves. We get trapped in our past beliefs and ideologies that no longer align with our current situation. It feels overwhelming to contemplate what's next. Fortunately, there are tools to help discover meaning in life to live authentically.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore Ikigai - a philosophy used in Japan since the Heian period (794 to 1185) to lead a happy life by finding purpose. This ancient practice examines what you love, what you're great at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid to do. I will guide you through this powerful tool to assist you in embarking on a journey to discover your life purpose and live authentically.
